The mission of the University of North Dakota, School of Medicine and Health Sciences is to promote the health and well-being of the greater population and develop a culturally aware public health workforce through innovative and collaborative approaches to education, scholarship, and service within local communities, our region, and the world. This is an incredible opportunity for a strategic thought leader, advocate, collaborative campus partner, and proven administrator with a consistent track record of advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice efforts to serve as Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. The next Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion will continue the excellent work already established by providing direction and leadership in all areas of diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion that promotes the dignity of all people.
This is a part time, position (.49 FTE) open to assistant, associate, or full professors and offers an onsite, remote, or hybrid working opportunity. This positions reports to the Vice President for Health Affairs and Dean.
Terminal degree in medicine, health systems, health administration, public health, or other relevant fields is required. | |
